Apartments to start off with are cheap!!!! living room is the only warm place in winter and coolest place in summer... Well besides the HALLWAY!!! I can hear all of my surrounding neighbors using the restroom'''' GEESH imagine what I can hear on a night the kids arent there!!! Same tile throughout the kitchen and bathrooms. The foyers have nicer tile. Manager is the serpent undercover, she resmbles a fire breathing dragon but on the heavier side. She is very rude about everything. The annoying thing about her is she smiles in your face and you can tell it's fake. I had an issue that I brought up to her about my lease here and she laughed at me!!''' I did not know I was a comedian' She is not willing to resolve anything with a resident unless it is filling up the damn vending machines to snack. They have expanded and the GYM nor the POOL can fit as many residents in it that live here. Lease is expiring soon and already have a new place picked out as long as she doesnt finagle that around too and lie about my paperwork or something. All you living in lalaland saying it's great here keep taking your meds ya crazy's! P.S. if I could give no stars I WOULD!!!!!

you are so correct! i agree with 100% of what you are saying. the reason the property manager does not care is because this place is in foreclosure anyway...and you will probably get screwed out of $ when you leave because they need all the money they can get! your lucky to be moving so soon...i still have some time...UGH

no,no!!!no eviction sweet pea. just fed up with OGRE lady lurking in the office. lies,lies,lies and manipulation with your money and whatever else she can. we absolutely positively left on our own free will, never had any problem following rules and have never been evicted. OGRE lady tried to manipulate the lease with lies,lies and more lies so we would be forced into staying longer and paying her even more money!! beware_??????
