Too far away If you have a job and have to drive then expect high expenses for fuel. This place is so far from everything it is not worth the rent amount. Their are no decent shopping or dining establishments unless you drive into Merrillville.If you are retired and have nowhere to go and dont mind

new tenants I cannot say enough about these apartments. We attended an open house last week, and WOW! We were impressed! Fitness center, pool and friendly neighbors. We move in this weekend for $99 and get $90 off our first months rent. I sure hope this isn't a to good to be true

Good Luck! Well the apartmments are beautiful, there future may just be plans but if gone thruogh with this would be the cream of the cropp to live there,except for the the property manager. Every ship needs a captain but this captain should not deal with people as she is degrading,

manager is a un professional person they love to go in other peoples apt when they are not home. manager & staff are very noisey people. they watch you like hawks everyday all day long the staff really needs to get a life and leave there renter alone. they even look in your windows when they walk

What's happening here How is that I had to jump through hoops to get in here, it took about a week of credit checks, check stubs, bank statements for me. They have good credit my butt, I am willing to put money up against it. I am sure they don't even have bank accounts
