I lived here with a roomate for one year and it caused us a great deal of stress. Most of our problems came from the arrogant staff though. They were great when we visited but turned nasty when we had maintenance repuests. My roomate left her car at her parents house (an hour away) after visiting over the holidays. There was supposed to be a 24 hour number to call if you were locked out or had an emergency. No one responded to the call for days. This was also the case when our garbage disposal stopped working as well as when the heater had trouble. We were freezing and couldn't even get a returned call. From then on, they were rude to us when we stopped by the office to drop off rent, etc.

Overall, the grounds are below average, but it is income sensitive housing, so that is to be expected. However, what was not expected was the unsafe environment. The complex is poorly lit and there were police calls frequently.

To top it all off, we were promised our deposit back after a walk-through, but never received it. They made up just enough repairs to do to equal our deposit amount. And of course, they would not return my calls after I moved out to inquire about it.

This place would be much better with improved management because they are spacious apartments/townhomes for an affordable price.
