Don't Do it Land Lord puts up with a lot. Bathroom is ugly, title comes off the ground, bathtube is painted over when you move in, yet a mounth after peals. San Antonio Police is always there. Wall are thin.

Going Downhill Fast A lot of empty apartments here but no one wants to rent them. The interior and exterior of units are run down and old. Appliances and fixtures are ancient and cheap. Rent is extremely high. Apartments are poorly insulated and heat prices are very expensive. The streets
