My girlfriend and I have lived here for the past year and a half and for the most part it has been a great place to live. The Apartments are fairly new and everything is pretty modern. Parking is plentiful for now but if they get to maximum capacity it could be a problem. Maintenance staff is very helpful and they let you know ahead of time when they will be in the apartment and will work with your schedule if you want to be there when they are. Leasing office is a little less friendly, but they do their job adequately. The workout room is a joke, but the pool is nice and tanning bed works well. The trash compactor can be a problem when it gets full, or the fact that you have to bring your trash all the way up to the front of the complex. One of the best parts of this place is the views. We are on the second level and our backyard is a cornfield, it's really nice to have people over or a cookout and be able to enjoy the back porch while being able to enjoy the view. Overall I would recommend Gateway. They are a little pricey but you get a very modern place with big rooms and lots of closet space.

I have found the leasing staff to be very pleasant and easy to get along with. Music, has been a sweet sound to my ears when entering the office. The Manager has been here the full two years and knows everyone. One Sunday evening I was locked out she let me in my apartment without any resistance at all. It was apparent she was trying to enjoy the weather like everyone else. I also enjoyed resident appreciation during the Holiday with the pictures.
