We have been here almost 2 years now. When we moved in it was a nice quiet community. That has changed. There are far more kids and a lower class of people living here these days. Noise levels and crime rate has risen a lot in the past year. Management is very young, and while nice does not seem competent. Management and maintenance have very poor follow up skills. We had an electrical fire due to poor maintenance. We will be moving shortly.

I've here for 2 years,never had any promblems,the maintenance is very good there is just one and he does a great job. And the office staff is very professional and friendly,and go out of there way to help you out. I highly recommed living here at gateway

Interesting that the above response comes just a couple of hours after I had a long conversation with the property manager, who called us at home to complain about my original post. I find it hard to believe that another resident would happen onto this sight the same day. During our conversation she had excuses for everything, and refused to accept responsibility for any of the problems here. Since she cannot see the problems or take responsibility for solving problems, one can only assume that the Apartment complex will continue to get worse.
