I have lived at Gateway for 3 years and LOVE it! It has the small town atmosphere, yet you are just about 20-25 minutes from premium shopping and entertainment. Safety is important to me and I have always felt safe here--whether I am out during the day or late at night, I never worry. The police are great about patroling and keeping an eye on our community. We have a great staff that do their best to accommodate the needs of a very diverse group of tenants. I have made some wonderful friends and feel a sense of community, living at Gateway, but have never felt that I am having my privacy intruded upon. I have had maintenance problems in the past and these were always resolved within a timely manner, even on a Sunday! They always have someone on call to be there for you. The apartments are spacious and well maintained.
I also own a pet and that has never been an issue here. We all watch out for each others pets and help to maintain the grounds, by cleaning up after them. I have never had a problems with my neighbors pets being too loud or smelling or being intrusive. We all try to be respectful of each other, which is what you have to do, when living in an apartment community.
This is where I plan on making my home for the next few years, due to the fact that's it's economical and well situated for my needs. There is a well equipped gym, tanning bed, pool, garbage collection and many other little perks that the leasing office adds to our package that makes me want to continue living here!
