There are some people who play their music extremly loud in the summer. The landlord does not show his face until it is time to collect the rent. The can not keep an office manager longer than a year. The maintance is horrible...we have a broken closet door, they just put in a new garbage disposal after 6 months of complaining. The office controls the heat and they will not turn it up so your forced to buy electrical heaters, and the fridges and stoves are really old. The main doors do not lock so anyone can walk up to your door and break in. The pool is as filthy as the lake across from it!!! I would never recommend these apartments....I moved 1 1/2 years ago!!

I agree but whoever wrote that forgot to add not only are the pools and the lakes are dirty but the whole comples. There is garbage spewwed everywhere and my refridgerator hasn't worked since I been here. They are truly slummlords. And also in my building someone has a cat that they don't clean up after because you can smell it all throught the hallways. It makes me nausious to come home to that smell everyday.

Unfortunately, in apartments you typically do have some people who don't care about other people. There however is not any way to find out how these people will be when they live here. We try to clean up the complex however some tenants do not respect other peoples property. The pool is also clean in the season that it is actually warm. Unfortunately we have gone through changes in our staff due to unreliable employees We are working on correcting that and we now have this problem solved
