I have lived at Broadmoor for about 7 Months. It is very quiet and I have not had a problem yet! The Office Staff is very friendly and always willing to help answer any questions I have. The Apartment in general is a very nice place. The Appliance are a little old but when I moved in everything was spotless Clean and freshly painted. I have a view of the Old Broadmoor Golf Course and a pond, it is a very nice view! My Neighobrs are quiet and very friendly. The rent is reasonable I live in a good view spacious two bedroom apartment and I only pay 715 a month. Overall I would recommend this Apartment to anyone! Good Place to reside!

Check the hallway ceiling in between the dining room and living room for cracks.... or check your floor for uneven spots....could be signs the joist broke again...sounds like you may have my old apt. or close by...Good luck!
