Yea, this place is a dive. it's a country club without a golf course. But you can tell were it was, there are bulldozers mowing everything over for a housing development. The rent is too high for an area that has a huge section eight nieghborhood just two blocks to the north and a "teen club" complete with stabings, just two blocks south. Guess who's complex these teens walk through at all hours'
The staff is notorious for making excuses - for everything, so don't expect to get ANYTHING fixed. Even if the office people are sympothetic to your problem, they don't have the staff to fix it.
Just don't do it, find a safer place to live, the locks on the building doors don't do much good when no one shuts the door behind them.
