This by far is the worse the apartment complex EVER. They are dishonest with you and sneaky. Please be aware that you will have to pay a water bill every month. I found out AFTER I signed the lease and was giving my keys. I tried to stay for the school but I can no longer deal with the VERY RUDE office staff. Do not be fooled by the beautiful landscape. That is how they trick you into signing a lease. It is not worth the $785 they charge for a 2 bed 1 bath.

I am not sure this person is talking about the same office staff??? I dont think I have ever run into to a group of people who would go above and beyond the way they do. I lived at Broadmoor for 3 years and and everyone, especially the property manager always seems so concerned about my happiness there. I hated to leave but was transfered with my job. Now I live at a brand new complex and everyone in the office is so rude and cant be bothered with even the most important issues. This is why I am on this site. I wanted to report to new people moveing into Golf Run in Mount Prospect IL need not apply. Then I thought to go to see what they had to say about my old complex. Everyone writes negative comments so I thought I would take the time to write something good.
Living at Broadmoor was one of the best experiences I have ever had in renting.

Obviously the person who responded to this post before me moved out awhile ago. The new office staff is a joke. They are unbelieveably rude to tenants, not new possible tenants, that's a different story. I lived at Broadmoor for about a year and a 1/2 and in that time, we did all of our own repairs, all of our own exterminating (because for some reason those buildings attract flies, ants, and hornets like crazy), and finally we got fed up and just left. I wish I knew how everyone on here is paying around so little for their apartment, when we left we were paying $815, which was hardly worth it considering the circumstances.
