It started out 2 years ago as decent. Many shady people have moved in along with their loud and disrespectful teens. The buildings are fairly old so expect some ancient appliances. It doesn't have central air and the heat runs through water pipes. The ceiling in our bathroom is leaking and they haven't repaired the roof since Decemeber when we reported it. They just said, "It's not that bad." Nice response. When we move there will be a huge hole in the ceiling. Not to mention the gang tagging on the benches and all the light poles in the courtyard have been busted out and knocked down.
