I had lived here several years and my comment like so many before me here is absolute shock at how this place had taken a 360 degree turn! Why would any management company take a beautiful luxury living on the lake apartment complex and turn it into a ghetto'! If you can get past the endless stream of drug deals, dope fiends in your hallway lurking as you come and go, thefts, shootings (one guy got shot 10 times in the chest right here in the front of our building he bled all over our hallway on the second floor) and vagrants sleeping in your hallway then you are in good shape. You will however NOT be able to get past the assistant manager whose name starts with a J and ends with a Y if you UD the middle you will know who I mean. In all of my years as a tenant and all of the horror stories there are about management there is no more ignorant of a person as this poor gal. She is not only rude but appears to believe that she alone runs the complex constantly putting down the tenants, her staff and even her own boss the manager whom she promises the tenants she will be replacing soon. She has effectively gotten rid of (with her uneducated mouth and attitude) most of the tenants that have been here for years. These were the neighbors that paid rent on time, never played LOUD MUSIC, never SOLD DOPE in the building, never put dirty diapers in the laundry room to stink up the hallways or littered the hallways with food and food wrappers, never had loud unruly kids running through the hallways, never jacked you in the parking lot and never had guests to their home that held a rank on the police most wanted list. The assistant manager “J” completely lacks in people skills with "normal" people because she cannot hold an intelligent conversation with us all she can do is treat you like you are a ghetto rat. If you are "normal" and care to live "normal" then DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER this nightmare of a place. I, as so many before me had to move out. This WAS such a great place to live now it is just a very bad memory of what can happen if you put the WRONG person in a position of authority they can bring down an entire complex.
