I have been here for a couple of years now, and it seems that every year this place gets worse. People's cars and apartments are being broken into and the Management does not do anything about it. Some of the office staff are new and rude. And the one's that have been here longer must be letting the new staff train them on people skills. I won't call the office for anything because it either won't get done or you aren't allowed to make the service request since a certain office person seems to have all the answers. The maintenance staff is poor. Everything is done half ass. They believe duck tape is the answer to everything. Or they just don't show up and say they have. Because this place is under construction I have had two nails removed from my tires, and the management will not pay for it. I guess they really want to keep their residents happy.

This place is about 4 years old and they can't keep a manager. The good one knew what he was doing and got the hell out. I think when my lease is up I'll be following suit.

Overall, if you what a good place to live and if you want to be happy, don't move here. In the end you'll regret it.

The first manager was promoted to Marketing Director and still holds that position for the management company. The 2nd manager wasn't allowed to stay very long... and The 3rd manager has been there ever since... that's not a lot of turnover. If you took your receipt into the office the manager might consider paying you back for a tire repair... and all work orders are tracked... so the work is completed and audited each month... sorry if you didn't get something repaired...
