I've lived here for 2 months now and I love it! I have a brand new unit and things are going well so far. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly and promptly.

Update 10/17/06 - It's gone from nice to crappy. The grounds are dirty and not kept clean as they used to be. There is nothing for the kids to do so they just wander around and play dangerous games like throwing a basketball or football thru the open window in the lobby. My neighbors below me fought constantly and now they brought a baby into the world that's crying all times of the day and night. The neighbor below them has a cat and on a rainy/damp day I can smell it. There are no pets allowed! As far as my unit goes I have not had much trouble where I needed servicing so I guess I can knock on wood. Looking for a house now so I won't be calling Huntington Cove home for too much longer.

Update 9/30/07 - OMG!! Two more months and I can put this place behind me. It's not the staff but my neighbors that are driving me nuts! The kid screams most of the day and the other neighbor has the great american smokeout going at all times in his apartment. No place to park and people leave garbage in the lot a few feet from the trash bin! What the hell'! I pay too much in rent to step over my neighbor's puke (he stays drunk) and last nights bag of dinner. Got that house and I'm ready to get the hell out. On a good note the staff here so far has been attentive and respond quickly to things that need to be addressed. I'm DONE with apartment living.
