ive been here way too long, but thats gonna soon change...ive had enough!....first off, walls are WAY too thin, ive had too many issues with noise and the other residents are inconsiderate and uncooperative when you ask them to turn down their TV/radio volume...plus you hear EVERYTHING from your neighbors...second, with the exception of a few staff members, the staff is hard to work with and unfriendly, and the new property manager is appalling...maintenance requests, a couple have taken 1 month to have someone come and complete....also, ive had 2 apts here (one each of floor plans) and both have had (and still do) major water leaks and when it pours rain, it all winds up running down the interior balcony door/window and of course soaks the carpet...tried to have repaired but still leaks, and seems to have to be a structural issue, but they dont wanna look into that...enough is enough...save yourself the headaches, and DO NOT choose Huntington Cove!!...theyre basically "cracker-jack box apartments" (thrown together and are crappy)
