Cosmetically, these are beautiful apartments, but wait. We saw, paid, and moved in within 3 days. We were hooked on the benefits and amenities. Between the gas paid and washer/dryer, we figured it couldn't be beaten.

First, the leaky window and sliding door. Then the paper thin walls. Twice the Hobart police were at our door over a complaint from a movie we were watching. That leads to the neighbors. More than once we came home late to police cars and our neighbors in cuffs.

When we moved out, I paid for the carpet to be cleaned. The place was imaculate. When I turned in the keys, they refused to do the walk through with me. About a month and a half later I received a bill for 1400 dollars for carpet stains and broken blinds. I bought the blinds, they weren't provided. Since they didn't fit at the new place, I thought I'd be nice and save someone $200.

i have to say i completely agree with the leaky sliding door and window, as well as the paper thin walls, which no one in the office NOR the hobart police did anything about when it got out of hand with residents thinking they were better than someone else...this place is 100% not worth the money...look outside of the county if possible because there are better places eastward

I wish I knew about this site befor I moved in! The reviews would have steered me away. I have complained numerous times about the neighbor beside me who seems to think that everyone loves crap...I mean rap music. I've called the police twice now. A couple of weeks back, some punks thought it would be fun to shoot bottle rockets at people's windows and cars at 11:30 PM on a weeknight. The police showed up quickly and the manager came to tell me what happened. I must agree, the office staff has been unresponsive to complaints. I wonder how fast they would react if some tenents put a complaint in the newspaper to warn people not to rent at Huntington Cove!
