Positive:
1) Amenities (w/d, paid utilities...gas and water/sewage.

Negative:
1) Paper thin walls. Horrible insulation. Can always hear neighbors'talking. No matter how much you try to be considerate in terms of noise level, the noise somehow escapes the apartment so easily. Piss poor build. Very cheaply built
2) Horrible office people, actually just one person. The manager. The red head b**tch. She needs to take a 2 years course on management and customer service.
