After 2 unfortunately long years here, I'm glad to have moved recently. Too many issues. Constantly having rain come pouring in, running down the inside of the balcony door, and the walls are soo paper thin, anything and everything can be heard. Had to call Hobart Police on several occasions due to this after-hours, and NO ONE showed up. Also, there are parents who don't care what their kids do. One occasion, kids were setting off fireworks right next to peoples' cars (mine was one of them). Also, they throw things at vehicles (again, mine was one). When I said something to management to see if they could send a notice to the entire building since I didn't know where the kids lived, they said they couldn't and to just call the police. Police were called and they said to talk to management first. Definately a run-around. So as a result, I spent extra money to rent a carport each month, thinking that my car would be safer there. Even when I added this and the sales associate was doing the addendum for me to sign, she said that if I saw anyone in that space near my car, to let them know, and if it continued on after the first time, call the cops. Nothing ever done. Still had issues with this. Also, the management sucks. Constant turnover. During my time here, there have been 4 different property managers - only one was worthy of praise.

Do yourself a favor and don't stop here. Keep looking. In fact if it's not a huge thing and you can handle a few extra miles, look eastward in Porter Co. I did.
