Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
The free gas and washer and dryer amenities are not worth it! I live on the second floor and you can hear EVERYTHING that happens on the 3rd floor...even the phone ringing. Keep looking until you find an apartment where the walls aren't thin as paper. It is not cool to wake up at 2:00 a.m. in the morning to hear your 3rd floor neighbor doing the do!
