Yes, sound seems to be louder in these apartments for some reason but to have utilities paid and a full size washer and dryer in your own unit...a nice big pool, well kept grounds, quick to respond maintance (who may not get it right the first time but will keep at it). The ladies are nice in the office, guess it's how you present yourself to them. I am a former tenant that moved out of state and I relied on this site for my move. I think the Cove is worth the rent.
