The maintance staff is unprofessional. I suggest you check with the Hobart police for any reports filed on them, or their maintance staff. The sliding doors leak or they don't close and when I call corp office, I was spoken rudely to or my messages go unanswered.

Be warned...stay away!

I have to second that...it is true to a point. The maintence staff is shady. However, I never really had a problem and the maintainance that came to help me were older and professional....not the ones I have seen that you are talking about.
