I've lived here since 2005 and I must say, in comparison to some of the other area complexes, this is one of the better ones. Like many who have previously commented on, the walls are paper thin, but I've only recently had a problem with noise, and its due more to the type of neighbor I have living above me(20ish man who gets home at 200am and has feet made of lead!). Previous to that, I never had a problem with noise. I've always managed to have great parking until a few months ago, but its still decent.
Overall, for me, its worth the money, due in part to the washer/dryer, central air, and location. I am looking to move, but thats because the rent for a two bedroom is out of my price range, although, if it was managable, I would probably stay.
