I have been living at Huntington Cove over a year, and it is not the first time I have lived here. These apartments are by far the best value of apartments in the NW Indiana area. I get home around 7pm and never have had to park more than 5 spots from my entrance door. There is ample amount of parking.
The manager and the office staff are friendly and helpful.
Everything in my apartment is working, and the few times that something needed to be fixed, maintenance came the same day, and even followed up with me to make sure it was completed.
I love living here and would recommend it to anyone. This company is like no other one out there. When I lived here 6 years ago the rent was only $30 less. That is amazing, when there are places that go up $50 after a year.
You save so much money by having heat, water, gas, and laundry all included.

Hard to believe that the rent only went up 30 dollars in 6 years when it went up 20 last year alone. Parking is great i agree, but the noise and the lack of experience that most of the maintenance crew have, is quite irritating, plus a descent plow and shoveling every once and awhile would be nice, I am tired of almost breaking my neck when i go out the door.
