DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Unfortunately, I lived here for 3 years. I lived on 2046 Dogwood Trail Apt 1B. The walls are paper thin. The neighbors in 2B are fat, lazy, and ignorant! They made loud stomping noises on the floor daily. Steve (the manager) always threatened 2B with eviction but he never did anything about it. They had a non-running car taking up a space in the front parking area (why not put it in the back). I complained to Steve to no avail. I called the corporate office and the guy had the nerve to ask me was the car a problem for me and the people said it has moved in the PAST! The car did not run and sat there for over a year. When I have to park my car in the back from coming home late at night um, yeah that's a problem. I called and called until they finally towed the non-running piece of junk! If the car was in running condition how come I never saw it again after it was towed' I called the police on them because of the noise they were making. The guy that lived up there (it was about 4 of them living in a two bedroom at one time) keep stomping on the floor until the globe on the light in MY apartment fell to the floor and broke. I called the police. I called and reported that to Steve. What did he do. . . what else nothing! They had these kids over who would just run back and forth and they would never take them outside to run. As fat as that one b* was she needed to be outside walking everyday! I complained to Steve about that, again he did nothing about it. I just started calling the police.
This place sucks and so does the staff! The staff gives conflicting information. They definitely give you attitude and I gave it right back. Don't move here it you are looking for quiet time when you come home and a peace of mind! Oh, and backsides all of those issues there is a lot of traffic now. When I first moved in it was not that many people going in and out but now it's like a fast food drive thru. They also do not shovel the snow. So you better have a shovel in case of a snow storm so you can get in and out of your door.

Snow gets removed in the parking lot when it gets to 2 inches... sometimes it's best to leave the little bit of snow on the concrete so that it gives you a bit of traction to walk... and there are how many sidewalks to shovel out there.... 23 buildings with 3 - 4 doors each... it takes a while to get to all of them... And yes the walls are not any better or worse than any other apartment that has been built in the last 20 years... You are getting a great value with your heat and water paid and very low electric bills... and a washer and dryer included... Huntington Cove is still the best value around.

Here's a thought! When you know there will be a snow storm get the salt down before the snow gets so high you can't get the door open. I'm sure people would prefer to have the snow melted as opposed to using it as traction. These walls are the worst than any other apartment. I'm sure of that! You would think with these amenities included, the building would have been built better than what they were. People are interested in having a good value in an apartment they are renting. However, they are also looking for a quiet, comfortable, and nice place to hang their coat up and call home.
