I moved here a year ago and thought i would be pleased with the transition from a house to an apartment. But they give you this big pitch about what they will tolerate and you believe them. But when you have a problem with a neighbor breaking their rules they do nothing to them, they say they will but they don't. They tell you to call the police. The onsite property manager is not available when you need her and the property does not look as good as it used to. they say they have new owners. the new owners must not care about the tenants as long as they are getting their rent. the last snow we had showed us they don't care it was not until the next day evening that someone came out for the parking lot and the walks. the complex next door you saw pavement immediately after snow fall. the doors are not kept locked to the floors and when you report it , you might as well be talking to yourself. notices are never sent out to the tenants about the rules that they said they enforce when you sign your lease. The bottom line is they have lowered their care and concern of the property and you know where that leads to. New property owners must not live here, ya think'
