I recently moved into the brand new section of Prairie Point at the beginning of January. Of course, everything is brand new and very nice, including the washer, dryer, stove, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher (all name brand appliances, by the way). So far so good. There is plenty of parking and no noise at all. Some of this could be due to the fact that a lot of the apartments are still empty, but we will see. I will keep this updated. Also, the office staff, especially Lynette, has been extremely friendly and helpful.

update: 7/31/09 I've lived here 7 full months and still like it very much and do not regret it. In fact, I highly recommend it. The only difference between when I first moved in and now is that a loud stomping couple with children moved in above us, and the noise level is very high at times. I wish a family with several kids were not allowed on the top floor. I do not hear noise between units on the sides, only between my unit and the one above me.
