Summerwood

I have not lived here that long but in the time I have been here I have been dissappointed with the condition of the property as a whole. The grounds are not maintained very well other than the grass being cut and some minor weeding. You have to pay extra to get a lake view but the lake and the islands are so nasty looking that I dont want to look at them. The weeds on the islands are out of control and the water is always full of trash and waste. Not to mention that we are over run by geese! I count at least 45 on any given day. They give you a key to the front door, but it is useless because anyone can just walk up and pull it open. The back doors are not locked at all. You pay $50 extra a month to have a garage that has poor ventilatin and floods when it rains or when the snow melts. After awhile the garage smells and fungus starts to grow in it. Parking is horrible at night so I got the garage to have a place to park without having to walk a mile to my front door. The list of complaints goes on and on! Basically what I have noticed is if they feel that you can afford the rent you get apporved. I applied to several other apartment homes, and although the rent was much lower in other places I was approved here. Summerwood was a last resort and had I known then what I know now, I would not have even applied.
