apartments are ok- i dont think they clean the carpets before anyone new moves in but then again who puts light brown carpets in rental facilites anyways- washer and dryer on both ends of the hallway which is a plus- dont have to go to laundrymat- has nice big laundry facility down by pool area for big loads- it does seem like they just let anyone move in these apartments but we havent been bothered by anyone- over summer they did let the grass get a little too high-
