Everything looks good when you first contact Summerwood. Free months rent and low rental prices. But then all of the extras are added on to your rent and you are paying alot every month for stuff that shoud be included in the rent. Dont leave your car in the parking lot and expect it to be in the same condition in the morning. Tires missing or flattened, and the sides of my car were keyed, and lots of cars are being stolen too. Think hard.
