I have been here for over 3 years now and have seen it go from good to bad. The management company changed during my time here and it was not for the better. When I moved in the unit was clean with a welcome basket on the counter. There were routine quality checks done on the furnace and fridge. The grounds were always clean and grass cut. I even got a signed ornament at Christmas! Enter the new mananagement and all that changed. I no longer got quality checks and the hallways go unclean for weeks. Someone spilled chocolate (I think) on the wall and it never got clean for over a month until I wiped it with Pine Sol. I no longer see the guys on the golf cart picking up garbage and keeping things neat. Now I just see when people throw things on the ground just feet from the garbage cans. My building went without NIPSCO for a week twice over the winter and it was frustrating. When I call the office for the manager she is NEVER there. All of the original office staff since my move in has changed except for one person. To top my frustration off, the one eminity that I used (basketball court) is now shut down. The teenagers have nothing to do around here so that translates in to broken lights and excess garbarge and loitering. I used to brag about this place to my friends but now I just complain. I pay way too much rent and feel like it?s not worth it anymore. I will be moving real soon.
