Living here has been the worst. I have been here over a 1yr and the problems never stop. I had to purchase a $50 smelly garage to house my vehicle because it was scratched up so bad that it has to be repainted. Now I don't sleep well because of my other properites that can't be garaged. I think the thug on staff here had something to do with it. Everyone is a suspect here. We spend our very hard earned money on rent for a 1bdrm and everytime I turn on the heat I am flooded with stinky smells from some one else's apartment, frm body odor, cigarettes, and just a nasty awful smell. I can't bleach my apartment enough because I do't know what comes through the vent. Most times I have to keep the door open on the patio just so I can get some heat and bring fresh air at the same time. And the outside air isn't so fresh either because dog poop and geese poop is everywhere. The so called sparkling lakes has mounds of poop just floating on top from all the geese. I don't mind the geese just the poop everywhere. When I walk my dog she and I both are dodging other dog piles like land mines. The don't cut the grass, trash is all over the place, the move the people that live in and under the ghettos here and mostly in the back. I chose the back because I thought I could walk my pets and have plenty of room for my property. It was and is a huge mistake. It looked nice when I first moved in and we were very peaceful. A month or so later I realized why. The building we moved in was empty. People move in and out breaking the lease or being evicted I dread everytime someone moves in because I have to worry if they smoke or stink and how noisy are they going to be. The halls are filthy and they have said over and over that they were fixing them up. Lie after lie is all you here. The back is almost totally dark the light are always out. A week ago some thugs set the garbage dumpster on fire just because. The police no longer secures the property and I wonder if they bounced checks on them like they have their employees. All the property manager give false promises. The female property manager was awful, sarcastic, and rude. I think the new male property manager bit off more than he can chew. I was told that again there is going to be a new management company taking over. I don't think the problems here will ever get fixed because it has went down to far. Most managements that take over get the money from the 600 units, put none back into the property and then head for the hills. All the while leaving the tenants in the balance. If you break the lease they charge you 2months rent which I might consider because I don't think I can finish my current lease. They don't want to give you a month to month lease, I was told I would have to pay $250 in addition to my rent which would be well over a $900 for my 1bdrm. Many have said it before me and I know many will say it after me don't waste your money or time. Best of luck
