This is a living hell

Today we have no water and the heat operates from the water so, we no heat either. We received no phone call or letter. I called the office and spke with one of the very ugly and rude agent. I tryed to explain our situation and got screamed at so I asked for the property manager to call me because as usal he is always out of the office. He did but of course he had to block out his phone number to do so. Anyone can sympothize with someone else's misfortune but it does not mean there problem goes away or does not need to be handled. I really got upset because we had nothing more than a shouting match. I had to call some other organizations to get the problem handled. The reason i was given by the property manager is that 8 families was diplaced because water pipes had broken and I'm lucky i live on the 3rd floor because people on the 1st and 2nd floor were soaked in water. i checked and it was not in my building. This is just one of many problems I have had since moving here. Please if you can do bettter don't move here.
