You are going to have to pay for a nice place if you want to live in a nice place. I was considering moving here, was shown a very nice model, the price seemed right. On a whim I asked if I could see a vacant apartment, or the one that I would be moving into.
Oh my god!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am glad I did. This place is a sh*thole. Don't let them talk you into it just because the rent is lower.
