id like to add that one day we came home and found a "blunt" cigar on the window sill. this was not there before and we do not smoke. i always find blunt wrappers, tobacco and marijuana seeds on the step in the back of the building, so i assume maintenance does routine stops in the apartments. it doesnt help when they live right below you and know when you leave and come home.

Listen! Summerwood used to be the bomb when Habitat was managing it. After they left around summer 2003 everything has steadily went down hill. Consolidated came next for about a year and a half. Then Mark the maintenance man took over for about a year. He robbed them out of a house and home. Now these Alliance people. They just got here around summer 2005. They are the bottom of the barrel. The manager is a bigot. She is cleaning house and getting all the ------ out!If anything needs fixing she is very rude about it. She will imply that you caused the problem. Her demeaner is condescending and harsh over the phone. She will tell you how to fix it yourself. I asked her once if she wanted to pay me to maintenance these buildings? The problem is management. The owner needs to get Habitat back in here.
