Terrible Dissapointment From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/11/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   We moved into summerwood thinking it seemed nice, and that it was close to everything. It was very unsafe, my daughters were playing outside while drug deals were going on right next to them, there were people having sex in their cars in the parking lot, and the staff was rude every time I called. Police took forever to respond, the walls were paper thing, the staff took weeks to repair anything, and I had to report summerwood to the health dept to have my toilet repaired, it was terrible, and the rent was very expensive. 850 a month to have gangs and drugs next door. The worst year rental experience of my life. I was embarrassed to tell people that we lived there, and I could never have guests because of the violence, and cars being vandalized. A terrible to place for children, and non-criminals.
