I have been in summerwood apts since Habitat Management was here & after they left it's been 1. All the people who wrote reviews are telling the truth about this place. My first problem is they don't do any up keep and management sucks. We are about to move in a week Thank You Lord!!!. As of now it's 12 apts in one building why only 3 apts are being rented out. A lot of people have moved out empty apts everywhere. So that tells a person a lot. And oh, they closed the laundry room up lying about they putting washer and dryers in the apt thats a lie, how u going to fit a washer and dryer on carpet (--------). What happen is the pipes busted, I'm not suppose to know that. If you thinking about renting this place out, you got to be stupid. If you use to ghetto then this is the place for you but if you use to living on Wells in downtown chicago,il don't do it. I think this place is section 8 now.
