This place went from decent to bad quick!! I don't think they truly look into the background of applicants. The impression that I got was the front office staff basically wanted to keep occupancy rates up. The residents went from upstanding citizens to criminals. I lived in a first floor apartment. The bugs that crept in after it rained was utterly disgusting. The carpet was splitting at the seams. The laundry room was basically a daycare for unsupervised children and it seemed that it was never cleaned. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone other than someone that has no possible way of getting in any where else.

i totally agree!!!!!!! I will say that the Marketing that is done does not reflect the reality of Summer Wood. They do an outstanding job of fooling you into thinking it's this "nice" place to live. Can't wait until my lease is up.
