Summerwood

Not only are the hallways disgusting but you have ignorant residents who repeatedly break the front entrance doorways because of snatching them open over and over again. In the 2 months I've been here our front entrance door has been repaired 3 times. The run this "credit check" but then they let anybody move in. If I had known what it was really like (the model is so deceptive). Potholes are everywhere!!! Dog crap is everywhere!!!! The complex allows dogs but the owners of these pets don't have the common decency to pick up the mess after they crap all over the grass!!!!! Keep in mind there is an open field right next to the complex that is quite suitable for dog walking. But do the residents consider anyone else, NOT!! I can't even let my children play outside because off all the dog poo in the grass. As far as the laundry room. Yeah right!!!! More than 1/2 the washing machines don't work and 65% of the dryer don't work. And what is really even more interesting is I even saw Rodney, a leasing consultant (Yeah, I'm back on the dog thing again.) allowing his dog to crap in the grass right in the front of the complex. Doesn't speak much for the criteria of who Summerwood chooses to employ and let live in this dump. What a mistake I made. I really thought I was moving into a nice area. When I did my walk thru I should've kept walking because i made a terrible mistake. The neighbors upstairs run through the apartment all times of night, the lady in the front apartment has a dog and her son needs to be told where it is appropriate to walk the scroundrel. The dog one day even pee'd in the front hallway. How do i know this, I was standing right there. Do you think he got the urine up, of course not. Talk about the ghetto.
