Not a good place to live! Would not recommend at all. We lived there from 08/2005 til 10/2007. The carpet was not new when we moved into the apartment. We had two MAJOR leaks due to their negligence which drenched the carpet. With the first leak we had to vacate the apartment for four days. They never did replace the carpet. During the summer the furnace filter kept getting wet. After numerous maintenance requests with no response and mold beginning to grow, we broke our lease and moved out. "Slum Lord". Once you move in, they forget about you!

Did they charge you for breaking your lease? I'm, going through a similar situation right now.

Yes, I have the same question, did they charge you anything for breaking your lease. My apartment has flooded and it did before with mold etc. I have a 3 year old that keeps having severe asthma attacks. I need to get out I have already told them this. I have a call into a lawyer and have talked with the Health Department and have called both newspapers.

After reading all these posts I'm starting to get very frustrated. I feel for all of you. I'm just looking at the apartment situation out there and now I'm overwhelmed. Not everyone can buy a house, and just because some choose to rent, should not mean they have to live in sub-human conditions. Is there not some gov't organization that can be notified so the owners of this property will be held accountable?
