Summerwood has exceed all my expecations. I hear alot about all the things that is wrong with the apartment BUT what about the Unity in the community... The New Management has turn the place around. Inquire about neighbor nite every month and the chance to win rent credit coupons and the fact National night out is August 1. Hey not to forgive the after school child care program that starting. I have been here a few month and they are working on the things that need to get fixed. No washer and dryers ... Not any more... They have some things to complete with the interior of the buildings but it will be done.
