I just moved out after living there for a year. It was absolutely terrible. I don't even know where to begin so I'll start with the parking. It would seem like there were enough spaces for everyone but not when you take into consideration that several adults who drive could be living in one apartment. If I ever got home after 9:00, it would almost be impossible to get a parking space even remotely close to my building. It was usually a scary, badly lit walk to my building. Crime was another problem there. I didn't actually witness it myself but I would see that it occurred when I read The Times. Someone took/broke the lock off the door to the building and it took them seven months to fix it. They finally did and then a month later, someone broke it off again. The carpets in the hallways and even in my apartment were filthy. It almost looked as if people living in the building let their pets out in the hallway to use the bathroom; they probably did because it smelled too. I think the maintenance didn't have a clue what they were doing because every time I had something wrong it took at least two tries for the problem to be solved. In my opinion, the maintenance crew is not big enough to take on all the apartments in the entire complex. The staff is quite rude and usually acted like whatever I was calling for was not worth their time. The pool is way too small too. I thought about swimming in it at times but probably would have felt like I was taking a bath with whoever was in there because of the size. There's just too many people in the complex to have one tiny pool. I never tried the laundry building so I don't have anything to say about that. The entire time I was there, it never felt like home to me and I just couldn't get comfortable. I was usually always scared. I read reviews about this place before I moved here and mostly all of them were negative but I decided to move here anyway. I should have taken them seriously because I now know that they were serious.
