Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
What they do fast and efficiently- Collect rent, put up late payment notices, kick you out!
Whats wrong- Poor managers, parking, snow removal/plowing, slow to fix or replace things, crappy laundry facility, let dogs crap all over, crime, road full of holes. Any good review of this place is a lie and probably done by the owners or managers.
