I am very mad at myself for renting at the Summerwood.
Management does not care about the tenants, the hallways are very dirty.
Maintenance takes time to fix anything....they send me a bill that was not justified.
They have a very poor customer service...I wish I could go back...I would not rent from this folks....I am very desappointed...They are very deceiving...

I definitely agree. I rented from them in march of 2006. I found the management to be very ruid and unhelpful. The upkeep on the buildings was almost non-existent. It was the worst place i ever lived. I would never rent from them again if you paid me a million dollars.
