My mom moved there after my dad passed, they moved her around to three different apartments because water was gushing through the ceilings in the span of six months. They let dogs, crooks, and potholes have their way. It stank in the hallways and she always moved under folks that sounded like they were always beating on each other well one actually was), and everyone that was still left in the rental office was fat and rude...She finally allowed me to move her somewhere very,very nice and hadnt had a moment of trouble since. I'm rating it a 1 because you wont allow me to rate it any lower!
