Decent rent prices...BUT the customer service SUCKS!!!
The building im in is pretty quiet. The laundry facilities aren't that great either. Also the hallways in the buildings are horrible.
I got a good deal on the rent from a special advertised on RENT.com.
I had $100 off of each month's rent for a whole year.
Unfortunately there were a few security issues. A few robberies on the complex, etc.

decent rent prices for someone who is on section 8. be sure to know that 1/2 the people there are paying at least 1/2 less than you!

And exactly how would you know this information? Do you work for the Indiana housing authority. I live here and pay the same rent as two other people on my floor. I have nothing but good experiences with the people at Summerwood.
