3 APARTMENTS BROKEN INTO TODAY by a member of the maintance staff that lived in the building and then was fired. This individual made copies of all the keys in the building and is now letting his crack head friends break into apartments while residents are gone for the day (because obviously they are watching you) and carrying out your stuff in the daylight and at night. Only thing that saves you is if you have a giant black dog or a gun of which we had to get both of just to make it through the remaining months of the lease. When questioned by management, their answer is to be sure you have renters insurance. Since moving into this apartment we had multiple work order issues...including when we had no heat only air conditioning in the dead of winter because when they changed our thermostat they hooked it up wrong so that when the heat came on the air came on instead and took 4 different workers to figure out what was wrong with it. This community is supposed to be a pet friendly environment. That is the biggest joke here...everyone...I MEAN EVERYONE here is afraid of dogs, including the staff who runs down the hall when you open the door for them. But I suppose that is a good thing since it keeps them from going in and stealing all your stuff and carrying it out of the building and into their cars! The management staff only cares about 1 thing...MONEY! They are out for blood when it comes to rent...if you are one day late or if rent day is a holiday they will put nasty threatening letters on your door stating they will start eviction proceedings if you don't pay up today...they then charge you crazy fees per day and even record payments wrong so that you look as though you didn't pay for the month...When questioned about this and when shown the canceled check, which took them 7 days to cash from the 1st of the month, their response was that it was an error and that they have had some bookkeeping and banking problems....not once but 12 times! They don't take your money out until the 7th or the 8th of every month but your check has to be their on the 1st...they have even been known to run the check 2 times and bounce your checking account...of which they can't fix for you....130 dollars later in over draft fees and not including all the other bills that bounced because of it...you are screwed!

Obviously your one of the people I spoke of in the posting....stupid ass..you probably still do live at your mama's house that is located at summerwood!
