My husband and I went to go look at these apartments recently. We actually really liked them. I didn't think they were noisy at all, they were actually pretty quiet compared to the Mansards in Griffith that we went to go look at the next week. The apartment we saw was very nice, but a little small, especially the balcony. It was tiny! No more than 2 people could fit at a time. The guy who showed us the apartment was really nice and seemed willing to work with us. Lots of parking, it's off a busy street with a lot of restaurants. We ended up not getting the apartment because it is just too far from our jobs and I also really hated the fact that I would have had to take the Metra South Shore in Gary - No thanks! There are lots of negative reviews on here, so I'm a little confused because that was not our experience when we went to see them. But again, I've never lived there, this is just based on a half hour showing we went to.

OMG...Nothing is EVER wrong with the model but trust me if you would have rented it was going to be a nightmare. I have not lived there in 5 years but it was starting to decline then so I can only imagine what its like now. Good choice to pass it up. I lived for a few years in Huntington Cove and its MUCH nicer.

I dont understand how someone who lived here 5 years ago is saying bad things about the apts. There has been new managment for 2 years now and things have just gotten better and better

very true southernboy88 come on u havvent lived there in 5 years and ur still bashin the place alot has changed since then and i would live ther also if i chose to live in a apt, but no way im leaving my 2 bedroom house on a lake with a peir 4 a apt lol
