I just recently moved from out of the state, and this area has definitly taken some getting used to. I chose Summerwood because of the price and size of the apartments. I have noticed since I lived here, they have been cleaning up the grounds more, the managment has been very nice, and all repairs are fixed pretty quickly. I like living here and would recommend summerwood to a friend or family member. It sucks that some of the other reviews are so negative because of one incident.
