HELL NO...I've been there for 6 years & wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The maintenance is horrible & the management is even worse. It looks like the PROJECTS. Nothing gets fixed until something devasting happens. Now cars are getting broken into, and even hit while parked. You have disrespectful neighbors who don't watch their children. The kids/teenagers break into the buildings and smoke in the buildings. Weed, tobacco, whatever they can find. YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE TO LIVE IN THESE CONDITIONS PAYING $700/mo FOR RENT. I'M MOVING WITHIN 30days AND WILL NEVER LOOK BACK! BEWARE...Management is manipulative & conkniving and will try to go up on the rent every year & fix NOTHING ! Oh yeah, and don't let the security gate fool you, THEY DO NOT CALL YOU to let people in...it's all a myth !

The rents are not bad they include heat and water for a studio I am paying $515 and am looking to transfer into a 1 bedroom at $610.00. The two bedroom starts at 710.00 for 1 bathroom and for two baths at $745.00. I enjoy it out here. The management takes care of people that do not obey the lease and rules of the property by eviciting the trouble makers.I have lived here for three years.
